Q. How do I make a purchase?

To make an online purchase simply select the item and correct size and click add to cart. To view your shopping cart click on the ‘view cart’ icon on the right side of the page. You can also remove items from your cart if you change your mind.


Q. How long will it take to process my order?

Periscope will process all orders on the day they are placed and they will be posted within 24 hours. We try our hardest to ensure all stock is updated in-store and online but if there is a problem with the order we will contact you within 24 hours and a full refund will be made.


Q. Do I need an account to shop online?

No, You can checkout as a guest, which doesn’t require you to set up an account. If you pay by credit card however you will need to leave some details. This is just to ensure we know what and where we are sending your purchases. If you have shopped with us in-store we can add this to your customer details that will entitle you to our repeat treat card for in-store purchases. You will also have the opportunity to sign up for an account after completing your purchase online.


Q. Is it safe to use my credit card online?

Yes. None of the details are used beyond your purchase or shared with a third party. If you do not feel comfortable using your credit card online you are most welcome to place your order over the phone. Everything is encrypted with 256 bit SSL encryption. Periscope uses PayPal and Secure Pay to complete credit card payments.


Q. Are there more styles available in-store?

Yes. At the moment our online store only holds a selection of handpicked products including clothing, shoes and accessories. To view our full collections please visit us in-store. Alternatively you can follow us on Facebook and view our blog to see some of the new styles.


Q. Can I return or exchange and item?

Periscope would like our customers to feel confident when purchasing online. If for any reason an item is not as you expected or if you have changed your mind, it can be returned for an exchange or credit note (valid for 3 months), for the total value of the goods, not including shipping. Credit notes can be used online or in store. We do not offer refunds unless the item is faulty.

Items will only be accepted for exchange or credit note if:

• The item is unused, unworn and in brand new condition with packaging and original labels intact.

• A copy of the receipt is included with the return

• The item is returned within 7 working days of receipt of purchase

• The item was purchased at full price.

Exchanges or credit notes are not available for sale items.

Please notify us by email at shop@periscopeclothing.com.au within 24 hours of receiving your item if you wish to exchange it.

Please note postage is not refundable and postage for all returns will be at your own cost. Returns that are damaged, soiled or altered will not be accepted and will be sent back to the customer. Periscope reserves the right to refuse items that do not comply with the above terms. Periscope strongly advises you return your item via registered mail or by courier as we cannot be held accountable for lost or damaged items in return transit. Additional delivery fees will be charged for exchanges.

All items are thoroughly checked before sending, however in the rare event that you should receive a faulty item, please contact us at shop@periscopeclothing.com.au. If available, we will arrange for a replacement, and will refund your return shipping costs. If not available, we will arrange a full refund, including your return shipping costs. No returns or exchange on sale items.
